Terms of use
1. Basic Regulations
1.1 Present regulations establish the conditions of use of the services and information Publisher on the portaal www.stiimul.ee (further referred to as Portal).
1.2 By using the Portal services, You agree to fulfil the rules listed below.
1.3 To use the Portal services, the Users must take into consideration the Estonian laws, legal enactments, and these Regulations.
1.4. The editor of a portal is OÜ Almedia Consulting.
2. Signing in and Personal Profile
2.1 Using the Portal content does not require User registration except for the paid articles od the Portal.
2.2 To sign in, an individuaal or the representative of the legal entity fills in the online registration form, chooses a Username and a password.
2.3 The registration is termless. The user has the right to decline the registration, having reporter his or her username and password to the Editors.
2.4 When a new user signes in, a personal profile is created for him or her, in which the user may supply or change personal information, edit his or her entries, pay for the paid services of the Portal, read the paid-up articles, and receive answers for the questions sent through the column „Need advice? Ask!”. All the service information used by the registered user is stored in the profile until its deletion by the user or the publication expiration date.
2.6 The Editors do not use the users’ contact information to forvard the advertizing or ohter information not related to the using of Portal, and does not add the user to the Portal Mailing List without the user’s concent.
3. Conditions of Publication
3.1 Any user of the portal may independently add the following types of entries through the portal:
* Press-releases to the news section „Business News”
* Events to the section „Event Calender”
* Publications to the section „Business Literature”
* Advertisements to the section „”Business Offers”
3.2 While publishing the news, events, literatuure and advertisements , the user confirms his or her agreement with the present conditions of use, and also confirms that the information Publisher on the Portal corresponds to the thematic orientation of the Portal and:
* Do not mislead, and are correct
* Do not contain offers of such services or goodis that do not correspond to the legal enactments
* Do not violate the property or non-property rights of a third persoon? As well as the intellectual property rights
* Do not violate the legal enactments and the common ethical regulations
3.3 The editors of the Portal (further Editors) have the right not to publish or delete user entries which are at variance with the following conditions.
3.4 The paid entries added by user are activated and published on the Portal immediately in case the payment is made through the Portal. The free entries added by user are published on the Portal after the checkup by the Editors during one workday since the entry submission.
4. Conditions of Payment
4.1 Unregistered user in care of submitting a paid entry pays for the publishing service immediately, using the Internet bank of his or her choice.
Registered user in care of submitting a paid entry may pay for the service in his or her personal profile at any convenient time, using the Internet bank of his or her choice.
4.2 Instead of using an Internet bank, the users may also send a request to the Editors of the Portal and pay for the service according to the bill.
4.3 Online payment through the Internet bank is made in euro. For the international transaction the payment is provided according to the bill.
5. Mailing List
5.1 Mailing list assumes subscription for news, events and latest articles.
5.2 Any user can subscribe for the mailing list during the registration, or on the main page of the Portal, choosing any of the three subscription types.
5.3 Unsubscribing is available in the personal profile, through email at the receiving of the dispatch, or by reporting to the Editors (username or email must be communicated)
6. User Responsibilities
6.1 The user is held responsible for:
• The content of the data and/ or information conveyed through the Portal, and also for their conformity with the Terms of Use and the current legal enactments
• The losses which the User and/ or any third person suffer as a result of violating the present Terms o Use
6.2 The User is obliged to use the Portal for only legal and lawful purpose
6.3 The User is obliged to pay for the services rendered to him or her according to the current price list
7. Rights and Responsibilities of the Editors of the Portal
7.1 The Editors compile and maintain the published material, and do everything that depends on them to insure that the information contained on the pages of the Portal stays relevant and reliable.
7.2 The Editors are not responsible for the direct or indirect damage which may be inflicted on the User by reading the information published on the Portal, or by using the services offered on the
Portal. The Editors do not bear the material responsibility in case of damage caused by the content of the Portal or the offered services.
7.3 The Editors have the right, but not responsibility, to edit any materials published on the Portal by the users. The Editors have the right to control the materials presented by the User and delete those that contradict the aims of the Portal and also those by the publication of which a violation of the law occurs, or the any of the current Terms are broken by the User.
7.4 The Editors have the right to change the prices of the services unilaterally. In case of the change of prices or the terms of use the Editors inform the Users through the Portal. The changes in prices and terms of use become operative on the day set by the Editors.
7.5 The Editors have the right to stop the User’s access to the Portal unilaterally and immediately, having notified the User, in case the current Terms are broken.
8. Copyright
8.1 The Portal and its entire content is copyright protected. The copyright belongs to the Editors. The Editors own at the same time the copyright for the software, design, and the solutions protected by copyright.
8.2 Copying, quoting, and the distribution of articles and other entries contained on the Portal without previous agreement with the Editors is forbidden.
9. Validity of Terms
9.1 The Editors have the right to change and/ or modify the content of the Portal, its settings, limitations, procedures, documentation, etc. without previous notification of the User. The changes are considered brought to the User’s notice from the moment of their placement on the Portal.
9.2 In case of possible discrepancies between Estonian text of the Terms and that in another language, and/ or the texts that regulate the use of the information or the services, the Estonian text prevails.
9.3 In case any of the conditions of the current Terms contradicts legal enactments of Estonian Republic, the Terms in the remaining part continue to function.
